How I approached this:

Today we decided to try some yoga and stretching. This time around with our yoga and stretching I decided to look up some silly poses to correspond with Theo’s interests.

We looked up a few tree poses, dinosaur poses and after a few minutes we began creating our own together (which was so much more beneficial!!) Theo was posing and making animal noises.

He was using his imagination and how he felt to manipulate his body to express himself. As much as I tried planning for this one, I’m glad his emotions and feelings took over
