Play Date

• A place, a buddy and a kid

Today we went over to one of our close friends’ house, (practically family). We see them once a week. They have two girls, one is 3 and the other 1. She had another visitor over as well, he was about 4 months older than Theo.

I was really excited because I love to expand Theo’s play group/friends and it's interesting to see new dynamics. It’s also good practice for him to learn and be around new personalities because all children are different.

Developmentally they are all so different but they played so well together. Theo waited turns and had quick responses to me and children, especially when waiting to take turns, being patient and being careful of other children’s bodies.

The more Theo plays with others, the more I see such wonderful growth and progress with him.
