What a great way to have your little one express themselves and destress from life and those little (or big) feelings and stressors.
Practicing deep breathes while doing this is great for little ones who simply just need time to breathe.
Music is good for children to be silly or let loose while doing this or even calming music, (depending on what the child needs that day).
This is also great for young children who may be stuck inside or at least inside most of the day-to get some blood flowing and positive vibes to get through the day!
