This activity was strictly exposure. Not every activity has to be a sit down “do it” activity you can simply be teaching just by exposing!

Exposure is just as effective as a hands on directed activity. It just allows it to be more child led-they use them when they choose and may be more likely to use them often. The more exposure a child has the easier it is for them to recognize and remember!
