We have a few different sprinklers for Theo to choose from that were gifted to us. Theo chose the craziest sprinkler we had. This is simple, convenient and fun for any age.

Like the ice and water idea this will be different each time, even if he used the same sprinkler! The beauty of a child’s mind is that their thoughts are always different resulting in different types of FreePlay and activity outcomes. Theo plays in the sprinkler, most mornings, releasing a lot of energy and gaining many learning experiences!

To modify this activity, you could add props such as cups, trucks or other toys that are able to get wet. Another great way to make this a little more difficult but also fun is creating an obstacle course.
