Today we went to play with one of our longtime friends who Theo has pretty much grown up with and boy did Theo do spectacular! If you handled conflict so well.

At first, he went to his friends mom if he needed any help talking to his friend, but as time went on I heard the children using many words such as “ that’s not nice dinosaur (friend operating), don’t do that again!” “ I don’t like that, no thank you!” I also heard him interacting from the opposite side; he accidentally poked his friend in the eye while playing “keepy uppy” and as soon as it happened, he said “ oh, I’m sorry for poking you!” Without any initiation from an adult. To say I am proud how far he’s come, socially and with conflict resolution is an understatement!
