Today we chose to switch up the place we played with friends from the park to the science center. The park has been empty lately, so this seemed a little more promising. We also invited the girls who we haven't seen in a while. Today was interesting. Theo was introduced to conflict and I was proud of how he handled it, especially because he hasn't been exposed to it much, so he hasn't really learned how to handle it fully.

His friend wanted everything he was using, wanting to “win” and be first. Theo continued what he was doing at these times and clapped for her when she was “first.”

Though he may not understand, I was proud of how he handled things. This was the perfect learning opportunity to show him how to respond to these situations!
